Yes. There are spaces available on the road for parking but you will need to display a parking permit in your car. We offer permits to our guests for a refundable £20 cash deposit per vehicle. Please inform Reception prior to your arrival if you need a parking permit. 

We shall require a non-refundable £100.00 deposit/conference days.

We ask that the final balance is settled 30 days prior to the conference.

Should there be any cancellations within 14 days, you will still be charged for all cancelled delegates and meals.

If you cancel earlier than this date, only the deposit will be lost.

Please note we will not give refunds if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled - in this situation you will need to seek compensation via your insurance as our cancellation fee still applies if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled.

You can pay by credit/debit card or cash in GBP Sterling. We do not accept cheques and American Express.

An evening meal can be provided for an additional cost of £17.00 per person (for 2 courses); this is served at 6.00pm in the dining room. Subject to availability, please indicate at the time of booking.

Yes. Group bookings terms and conditions will apply regarding the payment. Under these the conference and any additional meals are paid in full with the group’s final payment which is due 30 days before arrival.

The group cannot spread out to other public rooms and lounges in the building.

You cannot bring your own food and drink to the meeting spaces.

We do not allow anything to be affixed to the walls.

When groups have finished using the facilities, we ask that they leave the room and furniture in a tidy state.
