Yes. A parking permit must be displayed in your vehicle. We provide permits to our guests for a refundable deposit of £20 per vehicle (cash only). Due to limited availability, please inform Reception before your arrival if you require a parking permit.

At this time, our building does not have wheelchair access. We are working toward improving accessibility and thank you for your patience and understanding.

A deposit must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation.
If you are staying as an individual booking between:

1 - 3 nights: deposit of 1 night’s charge (per room)
4 nights plus: deposit of 2 nights’ charge (per room)
7 nights plus: deposit of 2 nights’ charge (per week/per room)

When you stay with us the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival. If at this point
you decide to reduce the number of nights, you will be charged the complete number of
days booked. If someone is paying on your behalf the same arrangement applies.

All group bookings require a 50% deposit on the rooms to be paid at the time of booking, to be paid in pounds sterling.If payment of the deposit is delayed by more than 14 days, The Highbury Centre has the right to release the reservation.

In the event of cancellation or changing of dates, half (50%) of the deposit will be kept and the other half (50%) refunded if you are letting us know at least 7 days before your arrival. But if you cancel or change the dates of the reservation within 7 days before your arrival date, all of the deposit will be lost. In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made. The booking will be cancelled without the required advance notice.

It applies to any deposit paid regardless of the amount or number of days paid for in advance.

Please note we will not give refunds if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled - in this situation you will need to seek compensation via your insurance as our cancellation fee still applies if your travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled.

You can pay by credit/debit card or cash in GBP Sterling. We do not accept cheques and American Express. 

Yes, each room is equipped with a hairdryer, which you'll find in the drawer.

Yes, fresh towels are provided in every room for your convenience.

Yes, room service is available every day between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you prefer not to be disturbed during these hours, please display the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room.

No, our rooms do not have air conditioning at this time.

No, currently there is no lift available. However, we are in the early stages of planning improvements to our facilities, and installing a lift is part of our future plans.
